Fwd: Points to remember for First Review & Contact Class on 22.11.09

Dear set3 projects students,

Good evening.

 

This week end 22.11.09 we propose to have first review .(already been informed to you all)

In regard to that, some important points to all of the students.

• Every one are supposed to attend the contact class on the same day.( Attendance for the contact class is must on 22th Nov)
• In between the classes , the review is conducted at a separate hall.
• Students will be called for the review at the review panel hall from their respective class room.( Coordination of All Reps are requested)
• The class room and review panel room details will be pasted at the front side of the RED color building and  CEG study centre entrance. 
• The time slot  informed ( as planned for 8th nov)  earlier is not same for the 22th nov  first review.BUT the PANEL  allottment is same.this time No guide will be participating in the review panel
  
  Cooperation from all the students and reps are expected.
• Forward to all. team reps are requested to collect the first review mark from your guide.
