Hi everyone. Sorry for being out of touch. I don't even remember when I sent the last update. I promise to start sending the weekly email again in January. Hopefully this email finds all of you in good health and spirits.
The Fat Ass 50 is less than a week away, I hope to see all of you there. I have attached the flyer. Invite your friends. Feel free to come out and run whatever distance - last year people ran anywhere from 5 to 50 miles.
Meet at the Silver Lake parking lot. The run starts at 9am.
