The chapter features a total of five hostile bots: Walious, Dilitricio, Nessionate Assister, Peb and Anveous. However, only one will be active at a time. When a bot becomes active, any other active bot will freeze or disappear. Bots will roam the map, searching for the player. Once they catch sight with them, the bot will start chasing them with their music in the background.

The Lucella City Metro (Also known as the North Lucella City Metro) at the time of the chapter taking place, has been abandoned for 8 months. The interior of the underground rooms and hallways are starting to be overgrown with green vines, and the walls are darkened with the grime from nature. The underground half of the metro has two check-in booths, and several turnstiles leading to the main hall. To the left of the entrance is a waiting area, where numerous suit/briefcases have been left behind. Brown seats also line the walls, and around an island in the middle of the room. A suitcase storage room is seen near an abandoned food court further down, with suitcases littered all around the tables. Behind a gate in the food court, three more rooms can be found, all seemingly abandoned and left to become greenhouses. One room, contains a baggage claim-type area, with suitcases still waiting to be picked up. Across from that is a room full of crates and shelves, and farther down the hall is a barricaded door that cannot be opened.
The chapter starts off with Bunny and Mr. P in the hospital, just after the former and Violet's escape from the school. While waiting for Violet to wake up after being force-fed a Substance - 128 potion by Willow in the forest, Mr. P tries to encourage Bunny to take one of his said "cures". This is when the big change in the storyline occurs, when Bunny strongly refuses. Once Violet wakes up, she and Bunny sneak past an infected Beary, and into the Lucella City Metro, in hopes of catching a train to go North to a carnival. Once inside, the gates close, leaving them stranded inside a metro infested with infected. After opening locks, cutting plants, and plumbing restrooms, they manage to enter the terminal. There, they find a stranded train surrounded by deteriorating rats. After opening and repairing the train, they leave the metro. As the Narrator finishes off the story, something not even the Narrator expected happened. One of the infected, Zompiggy somehow got on top of the train, and was now braking the front window to enter. As Bunny and Violet stare in shock, Violet gets the courage to run down the train. Using key cards, keys, and crowbars to open the train doors, she finally makes it to the end, where Bunny finds a gun. Suddenly, the story goes into a flashback of Zompiggy's (Who's real name we learn is Penelope) backstory. While she was waiting for the train to come, an rabbit, named Buster, walked by, and because he was drunk, he pushed her into the tracks, with no time for her to evade the train's grasp. She woke up as a zombie, deteriorating, and with an open skull. She now seeks revenge for anyone, especially bunnies, who enter her death place. Bunny then shoots the gun into Zompiggy's face, making it fall off the train, only to be ironically run over by the train again. Bunny and Violet meet up with Mr. P in the carnival, where the two have a conversation whether to trust the man who left them as dead in the hospital.
