I just downloaded the free version of anMoney with the intent to
purchase the paid version, assuming all goes well with the free
version.

I am a longtime Quicken user who would like to import my files into
anMoney. What is the best way to get started? Do I have to manually
create identical account names in anMoney prior to transferring the
data from Quicken, or can all of this be done as a result of the
import?

Where can I find a user manual for anMoney? Does such a document
exist?

Thanks for your assistance.

Hi there,

Currently, there is no manual. I've tried to answer the most commenly
asked questions in pinned posts.

As far as your question, when you import your QIF file from Quicken,
any accounts not found will be created. You will also given the
option to remap your accounts, if you named them differently in
anMoney, but the simplest way it to simply let anMoney create them.
