Can I set a transaction of the current month as a budget for the next month?

Hello everybody,

Can I set a transaction of the current month as a budget for the next month? 

I receive part of my salary for the next month in the current month. So, I have a transaction regarding the receiving of the money in the current month that I want to be considered as the budget for the next. What should I do?
