base currency

Hi,

Many thanks for all the work that has gone into this, I however have fallen at the first hurdle to test!

I cant add a Base currency, have i missed something? I downloaded it onto samsung fold 7 and also tired on a non fold, not sure why i thought it would make a difference.

help would be appreciated

Hi Roger

I'm not sure what you mean by "add a base currency". In settings -> currencies, the 1st option is base currency. In there you can select what base currency you want to use. It's a fixed list of all known world currencies, you can't create your own. Which currency do you want?

I assume that AndMoney will let us rename a currency, and that we can set its exchange rate to whatever we want.  AnMoney did this, and it is very important to us.

I think you may have an old version, David is now releasing updates using Firebase. You need to install their App Tester app and register with your email. You'll then get notified when a new release is available, and App Tester will install it.

Have you restored an anMoney backup since last update? Ideally delete app data first, then restore.
I don't see a screen like that at all.

Ah-ha! Having just done a clean start after updating to build 22, I've realised where your screen shot comes in - when you start andMoney with no data. This is clearly a bug, but the solution is to ignore that screen and just restore a backup.

You need to take a backup from anMoney and restore it into andMoney.
