It was nice talking to you this afternoon. Thank you for accepting our request to appoint Marketing Director from ANMA for ANA 2012 Convention. We have three more "out of state marketing directors meeting" left which will be at 7pm CST on June 10, June 17 and June 24. It will be helpful from your side if you could appoint Marketing Director from your organization to join us in our next meeting of June 10th at 7pm CST. I would like to talk to him/her before June 10th so that I could update him marketing information as of now. Until then I shall email you ANA Convention marketing material and I believe you will arrange to forward it to the mass mail/ and local websites as well.
