Dear Nepali friends of Greater Chicago,

I would like to take a moment and say thank you for hosting and organizing such a wonderful executive meeting of ANMA in the Mt. Everest Restaurant of Chicago  IL. I saw lots of interest and enthusiasm in our organization. Our meeting was very successful as we were able to discuss everything on the agenda on time.

Together we can create an ANMA movement uniting all Nepalese people and friends of the Midwest region in one single organization.

The presence of our most senior founding members and past presidents of ANMA in the meeting gave us courage and stimulated us to go for good deeds.

I also become fascinated by the participation of members of the Nepali American Center and CNFS president Mr.Khem Pathak. in the meeting. I hope ANMA can play a significant role in bringing all the organizations of Chicago together and benefit the Nepali community.

I am looking forward to work together with all the Nepali organizations (non profit) of the Chicago area .Our meeting minute will be sent out by this weekend.

On this meeting I personally had a chance to talk with various people of Chicago and Indiana.

Special thank you to Mr. Ramakanta Adhikary and his colleagues for providing us venue, meeting hall, and delicious food. All of your restaurant colleagues are wonderful and they served us diligently and professionally. Please convey our special thanks.
.
Using this time of thanks, I would like to thank Mrs. Anita Adhikary (Executive Committee Member) for bringing her book "N is for Nepal."

Before the meeting we all went to a Pooja ceremony in RadheSyam temple organized by the Nepali American Center. We were amazed by seeing organizers dedication  and devotion  to the community service. Now we really feel that we need our own Nepali center (Brick & Motor Facility)

Special thanks to the families of Chicago and NW Indiana who provided our members their hospitality.

At last thank you to all our executive members and advisers who came to our meeting and made the meeting possible.

Respectfully

Rajendra K Khatiwada

President

Association of Nepalese of Midwest America.
