Iwas trying to configure the fingerprint on my acer swift 3 sf314-511 but i read online that acer don't provide drivers for linux unless you bought with it inside. Do everyone knows how can I do?P.S. on the user setting doesn't appears any section for the fingerprint (that i think is LighTuning Technology Inc. EgisTec EH575)

Unfortunately, currently no driver seems to exist for your model.Your best chances may lie in the "fprint" project, which lists it under their unsupported devices list, but a merge request is under development right now. This fprint issue is tracking the driver request for your model. You may want to keep an eye on that.

I have successfully paired my AirPods (2nd Gen) Pro with my desktop computer running Windows 10 and mic worked fine over bluetooth. But when pairing with my Dell Latitude 5421 with Windows 11, I get audio fine and it shows me the AirPods as an audio input, but no signal. I have tried removing/re-adding, checking to ensure drivers are up to date, levels are up, etc., but still nothing. Anyone else with a similar problem? Other things I can check?

Hi, a month and a half later - the issue persists. Does someone succeed in solving it? I bought Airpods Pro Gen2 because of its excellent Mic performance for conference calls. But, unfortunately, I can't use them from my Windows 11 Dell laptop for work.

I found a solution where I wait a little bit before I hit the "Airpods Pro find my" pairing in the windows find new Bluetooth device. At first it shows as "headphone audio" only, but then I wait for it to identify as Airpods Pro find my and it detects the headset and headphones options.

I have this same issue as well. Brand new Airpods Pro 2 with Dell Latitude laptop running Windows 11. I tried following all of the steps mentioned herein as well as on other site, i.e. removing Airpods from Windows Device Manager, Windows Bluetooth > Paired Devices, resetting Airpods Pro 2, rebooting pc and then pairing afresh. It works each time I do this, but only for that session on the pc. The moment I reboot it, the problem recurs.

It is extremely frustrating having to do this every single time upon restart. My system is fully up-to-date with all Windows Updates + Dell Drivers/Bios/System Updates. So far it doesn't appear that there has been a solution released by Windows/Apple.

Just to provide some additional detail... on my Windows 10 machine the bluetooth driver is using Microsoft Version 10.0.19041.1 and it is working as you'd expect; however, on my Windows 11 machine it is using Microsoft Version 10.0.22621.1 which is not working.

This sounds great, thank you. I have installed the new Windows updates, but please explain how you "removed AirPopds Pro drivers" after that.... I see three drivers in Device Manager: Headphones (My AirPods Pro), Headset (My AirPods Pro Hands-Free) and Headset (My AirPods Pro). Which did you delete?

I am no longer trying to get the mic to work, as my research suggests that if the mic is operational, the sound quality will be poor - and that this is a limitation of Bluetooth that can't be fixed. Someone tell me if that's wrong, but if it's right, I'll just use the laptop mic.

Below are the Properties of my two Display adapters showing in Device Manager. I disabled the UHD Graphics 630 device (assumed to be my integrated driver) and only difference with disabled 630 device driver I got while trying to install the X-Plane 12 installation was a different error message.

I tried to find updated display drivers outside of Update with no success. The Intel web sites didn't help. Agree my Geforce GTX 1070 Ti driver appears old (11/22/2020) but where can I find a later Geforce driver per your suggestion.

Finally found the solution. My GeForce device driver was in fact a couple of years out of date. The only way I could find to update the driver is to log into my NVIDIA web site account, -us/account/ and search for Game Ready driver specific for my graphics card. The downloaded version is 526.47 released 2022.10.27 which I downloaded and installed. Says it is Driver Version 31.0.15.2647 which now allowed me to install X-Plane.

FYI, to save yourself the hassle from this time forward, I suggest downloading GeForce Experience from the Nvidia site. Notifications of updates come at you automatically and you choose when and if you want to load them up. It's too easy my friend.

I attached the Log file. Already checked my NVIDIA drivers and they are up to date. I could run just fine the "Try it" installer as soon as XP12 was out, but now I can't. According to NVIDIA's website, my GTX 1660 ti can support Vulkan.

Please see the X-Plane 12 hardware requirements on Laminars download page - you lack a graphics card that meets those requirements.

You have a laptop with switchable graphics and its configured so the 1660ti is NOT to be used for vulcan but openGL, only - so that is what causes this.

This seems to be a bad driver case here - where its reporting some sort of Vulcan capability, but when the installer actually wants to go into vulkan mode its get denied with "there isnt any Vulcan device at all". And apparently X-Plane even gets even denied some very basic openGL requests as well. That's gotta be a bad driver.
