Hi everyone, I'm 3 1/2 months post-total fusion and am in an ankle brace and wearing Hoka shoes with a stabilization insert for now. My swelling is persistent but manageable. I am an otherwise healthy and active 60 yr. old with normal range BMI. Has anyone found shoes they LOVE, or perhaps inserts that can be put into different shoes over time? Thanks! --
