AttributeError: 'MediaManager' object has no attribute 'lastUsn'

Hello everyone,

I tried to install ankiserver but it doesn't work.

if I do :

$ easy_install AnkiServer

AnkiServer will be installed but not with the latest updates (updates that make the server compatible with anki client)

If I get the final version directly from github, my server is recognized by the client but I get this error when synchronizing :

 AttributeError: 'MediaManager' object has no attribute 'lastUsn'
