Hi!

It looks like your user doesn't have permission to make global changes to the system. You can either become root (possibly by running 'sudo pip install AnkiServer') or instead install in a virtualenv which is covered in the README:

I've tried to install Anki Sync Server using:

$ pip install AnkiServer
