My Anki overdrive cars, as well as the super truck I just got, fishtail on every corner and often turn around and drive the other way. It's extremely frustrating. I've cleaned the track and the wheels, but it keeps happening and makes this much less fun. When I watch YouTube videos, I don't see this problem. I can think of three possibilities, one is that my track is either damaged (walked across perhaps) or dirty and needs to be cleaned with soap or a solvent. The instructions say to use dry swifter pads, but I'll use the wet ones or maybe windex if I knew it wouldn't damage it. The other possibility is that I'm driving too fast. The final is that this game just sucks and doesn't work right. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have had these problems in the past but with correct cleaning you can get the cars to stick to the track with no problem.

I have used damp microfiber cloth to clean the tracks when my kids have put stickey hands on the track pieces.

Also to clean the tire cleaner you need to use soap. The tire cleaner needs to be cleaned often so that they are effective.

I don't have to do track cleaning often to get good results but sometimes I have to deep clean when it gets bad.

Thanks so much! What confuses me is that even the brand new supertruck is fish tailing and reversing. Should I clean the track with soap? Do I need to not go full speed? I can post a YouTube video if see it would be helpful. Thanks.

That does sound odd. I love navyrazorbak's advice, but if that fails you, then please do contact Anki Customer Care. Hours and channels can be found at: support.anki.com.

Thank you both for posting!
