Hi Sharon,

For Christmas, we got our 2 kids:
1 - Starter kit which includes "Ground Shock" & "Skull".
1 - Elevation kit.
1 - Bank turn kit.
1 - "X-52" Supertruck.
1 - "Freewheel" Supertruck.

The vehicles are been controlled by 2 Samsung tablets with Android's 6.0.1 and a Samsung Note 4 with same Android's version.

They haven't really used it much and today they played with it for a long while until they started having some issues.

The issues are isolated to only "Ground Shock" & "Freewheel" at this time, with slow downs at turns for "Ground Shock" to be exact, to irratic behavior and slow downs as well for "Freewheel" which can't even finish the track scans without derailing off the track.

Wheels were checked for alignment, hair around axles and cleaned multiple times, including cleaning the track and tire cleaner as recommended on Anki's site but unfortunately to no avail.

I will try to contact support to see what options I have. I would appreciate if you could help me in this matter if possible.

Thank you,
Max

Hi Mad Max!

Maybe I'm a bit late to the party here, but I found that after a good hour or two of play, the tracks do need a damp sponge wipe with a good microfiber cloth clean.

Especially if you may have gotten tires that tend to "dissolve" and leave more rubber residue (if your tires are prematurely cracking and splitting, let support know), those things seem to cause some reading issues + additional slips.

Afterwards, I've always seen marked improvement in grip + continuous speed.
