Bonjour chers ankidroid.

Merci pour cette excellente applications.

Cependant, j'ai une préoccupation avec mes sauvegardes. En 2019 j'ai sauvegardé des paquets mais lors je fais la récupération rien ne marche.

S'il vous plaît, puis-je bénéficier de votre aide bienveillante ?

Hi there!

I'll post this link in case it helps at all but it is not 100% match https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/FAQ#lost-my-cards

I wonder if you might have more luck importing in to Anki Desktop first, then syncing to AnkiWeb and then AnkiDroid, to recover your old backup?
