Hello,  I've just bought this new android tablet and I don't understand why I can't download the Anki app.  It comes up with error 101 I think.
Do you have any idea why ?
I managed to install it on my laptop computer fine.
I also managed to install the program on my mobile but couldn't download the decks from my Spanish school - El Patio.
Are you able to help me ?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you,  Sue

It sounds like an error with the Google Play store. A quick googling suggests it will fix itself in time, so try it again later and see if it works.

Aloha! :)
I just have a question referring to ankidroid. If I uninstall the app and clear the apps cache, will I still be able to access my flashcards on the ankidroid website?
Mahalo for your time, :)

Hello,

Yes, uninstalling the application or clearing the apps cache will not delete the flashcards from AnkiWeb.

Also note that your deck will still be stored in the SD card/external storage of your device, so you will have to delete it manually if you want to reclaim the space on your device.

Hello, I use your app a lot but need to get a new tablet. Is there anyway that I could transfer my existing flash cards to the new tablet or back up my cards?

Hello Josh,
Yes, the easiest way is to use the synchronization feature.
Thanks for using AnkiDroid!
