I can not view images or play audios in AnkiDroid on my smartphone

I cannot see images or play audios in AnkiDroid on my smartphone.

Good dear Anki users, I would like to know how to solve this problem that I have presented since I changed the Laptop and lost the add-ons so I had to reinstall.

The problem occurs only in the AnkiDroid app for Android. I get an image icon even on decks that I myself create and make on my own.

In language learning audios it does not play them.

This problem does not occur on the laptop version, but it does on my 2 mobile devices.

Every time I want to synchronize my mobile devices, ankidroid downloads practically all the files from ankiweb, because it takes a long time to synchronize when it does, however the problem persists, I check the mobile files and these images and audios are found.

Please help

Buenas estimados usuarios de Anki, quisiera saber cómo solucionar este problema que he presentado desde que cambié de Laptop y perdí los complementos por lo que tuve que reinstalar. 

El problema se presenta únicamente en la app de AnkiDroid para Android. Me aparece un ícono de imagen incluso en los decks que yo mismo cree y elaboré por mi propia cuenta.

En los audios para aprendizaje de idiomas no los reproduce.

Este problema no se presenta en la versión de laptop, pero sí en mis 2 dispositivos móviles.

Cada vez que quiero sincronizar mis dispositivos móbiles, ankidroid descarga prácticamente todos los archivos de ankiweb, porque se demora mucho en sincronizar cuando lo hace, sin embargo el problema persiste, reviso en archivos del móvil y estas imagenes y audios sí se encuentran.

So then I would further guess that the files are simply not there yet - keep trying to sync until it completes and likely this will resolve?
