Synchronisieren funktioniert micht

Hallo, ich lerne gerade über meinen PC über die Anki-App meine Karteikarten und leider synchronisiert sich meine Ankidroid app sowohl auf meinem Samsung Tablet als auch Samsung Handy nicht mehr mit der Anki App auf dem PC und Ankiweb. Was kann ich tun?

Hi there - without more information on why they are not syncing, it is
