to AnkiDroid
Hi! I am trying to start using Ankidroid on Samsung Galaxy S II.
I am stuck and sorry if this is a stupid or easy question.
1) I have uploaded my PC's Anki deck to Dropbox (it is large with lots
of pics and sounds).
2) I have installed the Dropbox app on the phone and downloaded the
Anki deck into the Dropbox folder.
3) I installed Ankidroid and am trying to configure it to access the
deck in the Dropbox folder.
Ankidroid is asking for the path for the deck and I would like to
enter the path to the Dropbox, but I cannot find it. I searched in
Astro file browser, and browsed by hand into all folders where I
thought it might be - but nothing. Dropbox itself is not revealing
where it is located. I Googled for it, and saw comments that it always
goes on the SD card. There is a very small built in SD card on the
phone, but nothing there.
Totally confused now, is the Dropbox folder invisible... or never mind
that, does anyone simply know what to put when Ankidroid asks for the
path for the folder, and I want to use a folder in Dropbox.
Anything else I need to do for this to work...?
Super grateful for a response - I am not a developer or an Android
expert, so please keep it as simple as possible so I can follow....
Happy Easter! Hannah
