it just working fine but suddenly Anki shows me all answers scrolled down where I left the answer last time!
How do I disable this feature?

This isn't a feature, it's a bug in the Android system webview. See here for more details.

My problem is not that Anki scrolls forward to the Answer section but rather it does not scroll back automatically to the beginning of a new card after reviewing one.

I basically have a sequence of pictures in the front and the answer is just Could you follow? But after chosing one of the 4 time frames I end up with the last picture of a new card which is not helpful as it shows the end state and therefore a part of what I want to learn. Is this a bug, something forgotten or do I miss a command like id=begin?

At the moment I help myself to remember with a note in the answer section to scroll back manually BEFORE chosing one of the 4 time frames but I would obviously prefer this automatically.

It sounds like the Webview bug... Some people have experienced the behavior you described in that github thread. The workaround at the moment is to rollback the Webview, as discussed in the thread.
