Hi there!
Since they are all "new" now, the best way is to long-press the deck to get deck options and in review settings (I think?) toggle new cards into non-random order, then toggle them back - that causes them to re-randomize and I think will accomplish what you want

I just reset all my cards, so it's basically a new deck; but I think they're still in the order I created them in, which means lumps of related cards. I don't want to study related cards in lumps obviously, it makes it too easy.
How can I thoroughly randomize the whole deck? No special study deck, filtered deck etc.,
I just want the normal, everyday deck shuffled and randomized now.
Thanks --
