Пропал звук в карточках

Здравствуйте! 

Я сформировала карточки в приложении. 

Карточки были со звуком

Не входила в приложение больше месяца. 

Когда вошла, ни одной карточки, сформированые мной не было.

Я восстановила их , но после восстановления нет записи аудио,  которые я записала.

Теперь есть только текст

Как восстановить аудио?
