Can't sync desktop app to ankidroid app

Hi,
I'm logged into the same Anki account on both my desktop and Android app, but they won't sync. I have one deck on my desktop that I've been customizing and nothing on my android app. (I tried to download and add a deck, but nothing happened). Would really love to use the deck I've been working on on my phone.

In general, the synchronization feature seems to work properly. So, you might possibly have misunderstood something.
You may want to confirm (and/or explain) more detail, for example, what specific operations you tried to download and add the deck, and which version you are using.
