Hi AnkiDroid is shut down each time I try to add new note. However I am able to do it through ankiweb and windows app.

Please help.

Hi there!

Most people that are having this experienced give the latest 2.16alpha series a try and it immediately fixes it for them: https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/releases

We're currently blocked from releasing these fixes to the Google Play Store but the alpha is likely more stable than 2.15.6 (the current stable version) at the moment, especially if it's crashing on every note creation attempt

Hola! Que error esta dando? Usualmente este nos ayude (perdon espanol, no habla portugues pero ojale debe leerlo...)

Hello there. I'm user of your great app for almost 3 years. I just opened this app today for writing new things in there, gest what?! All of around 3 thousand notes were vanished. Ive been nearly heart attacked. Please help me what happened?! Is it a bug or what?! 😥😢😭

Hi there!

Sorry this happened, must be quiet frustrating - typically you can just restore from backup though, if something odd has happened? https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/FAQ#lost-my-cards

The app takes regular backups just in case - also, if you are in sync with AnkiWeb, likely all your notes are there as a cloud backup as well (useful in case you lose your phone somehow...)
