C2 for Cloze deletion keeps duplicating the question twice

Every time I make a cloze with c2, it causes the c2 question to duplicate, rather than showing up as the second question. This is very annoying. Can someone please help?

This is usually some sort of subtle formatting issue - this list does not get much traffic in form of help, since I think this will be a general question (assuming it happens on desktop and/or ankiweb as well?) you might try https://forums.ankiweb.net

If it is only happening on ankidroid it *might* be a bug versus a formatting issue, and could be something we already fixed - you can verify that (or not) by trying a parallel A build from https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/releases
