Hi there!
We *only* support AnkIDroid here. Not AnkiApp (which is a clone / ripoff for profit - don't use it...) and not Anki Desktop (that's supported at https://forums.ankiweb.net)
For AnkIDroid alone - we store our data in /sdcard/AnkiDroid in the 2.15 series, so if you uninstall the data is still there. If you want to start completely clean on your android device you need to uninstall AnkIDroid *and* delete /sdcard/AnkiDroid (using the file manager of your choice) then install AnkIDroid again and it will be completely empty.
Obviously this destroys all of the AnkiDroid data on your Android
device, this seems to be your goal but I take accidental data loss
seriously of course so I just want to make sure this is understood
