Hello Anki-Team,
I am a user of the paid Anki app and have it on my iPad. To install an add-on, I now want to sync my Anki on the laptop. Unfortunately I forgot my password and the Anki support website tells me that there is no account at this address. However, it exists, I am sure.
I do not know how to solve this problem, what can I do?
