Hello Anki-Team,

 

I am a user of the paid Anki app and have it on my iPad. To install an add-on, I now want to sync my Anki on the laptop. Unfortunately I forgot my password and the Anki support website tells me that there is no account at this address. However, it exists, I am sure.

I do not know how to solve this problem, what can I do?

You are a user of "AnkiApp"? If so, the account you mentioned isn't related to our Anki ecosystem. The account doesn't exist on AnkiWeb. The following article might be helpful for you.


Your account probably exist on AnkiApp web, and you can reset its password there.
