Good day!

I hope this email finds you well. I just recently installed Ankidroid in my gadget, but there is a warning stating "Error loading image occlusion. Is your Anki version up to date?" I've double checked it with the play store and it's really up to date. I also didn't use any Apple gadgets in accessing or creating the file, like what I've read on the forums. It works fine with the AnkiWeb, but any picture won't show in the desktop version (there's no photo crash icon either, just pure black background and I've tried waiting for hours in case it was just a loading issue), ergo why I installed Ankidroid. I'd like to ask for help, if possible, on how to deal with this, and possibly with the issue on the desktop version as well.

Thank you so much!

Hi there! Without more details on all the versions in use, it's not possible to say one or the other what is going on, apologies

Along with version information, a sample card / card template may help someone that has time to troubleshoot. I believe you can do this by copying one card to a new deck for reproduction, and exporting that deck
