Problem with importing complete files as new ones

Hey there, can somebody explain, how to import a file as a whole, even though parts of the cards already exist in other decks? 

Somebody else created and shared a deck (apkg) but when i want to import it, anki always only imports the cards that i dont have yet within this file and updates doubles in whatever other file. 
For example: a import deck called "trees" has 200 cards, but anki only creates that trees file with 60 cards, and updates other decks, that already have the leftover 140 in it. 
As i have different themed decks but sometimes with the same cards, thats realy annoying.
