Hi there!

This sounds like a generic (that is: not AnkiDroid-specific, it will apply to all Anki apps like Desktop and Web too) question, so I am going to say the best course is to:

- read the manual section (either Anki Desktop or AnkiDroid) sections on "templates" and "fields" to see how cards are described + displayed, and

- check https://forums.ankiweb.net where should be able to ask questions like this and get more responses
