Hello together

For my decks I have one "options group". Only one.
The order of new cards in this "options group" is "random". This means,
when I am learning, then new cards were given to me by random.
For the order of "review cards" and "learning cards" I have not found a
setting in "options group".

In addition in Anki I have a "filtered deck" with the following entry:
Filter: search:
"(is:due OR is:new) card:3"

1. question: Does this "filtered deck" (virtual deck) also use this
"options group"?
1a. question: If the answer for question 1 was yes, then I assume, that
the order of new cards, when I learn with this "filtered deck" is also
random. Right?
1b. question: If the answer for question 1 was no, then I want to know,
how the order of new cards is, when I learn with this "filtered deck".
And where can I change the order of the new cards in my "filtered deck"?
2. question: How is the order of "learned cards" and "reviewable cards"
in this "filtered deck" when I leanr with this "filtered deck" and how
can I change the order of them?
3. question: When I habe more than one "options group" I can assigne one
of them to my "normal decks". But I have not found how to assigne a
particular "options group" to a "filtered deck"? Did I miss it?

Would appreciate some answer. Thank you.

By experimenting, I have now the answer to question 1.

-Every normal/real deck belongs to an "options group".
-Each card is assigned to a normal/real deck (home deck.) (The custom
virtual decks have only borrowed the cards from a home deck and are
returned to the home deck when the virtual deck is deleted or emptied).
-So: All cards in this virtual deck now have the options from the
"options group" of the "home deck" they belong to. (This means that we
can have different cards in a "virtual deck" that have different
"options groups".)

Addendum: The answer from 2021-10-1 16:33h was also the answer for
question 3.

Here is the answer for questions 1a. and 1b.

First: Please note, that you can see the current order of "new cards" in
the browser column "due". So when you change the order of your cards
(for example: Show new cards in the order in which they were added),
then the column "due" represents the new order.

You can change the order within your virtual deck. This new order is
guilty as soon as you press the button "make new". (Please note, that
this would change not only the order of "new cards" but it also changes
the order of all cards that are currently in this virtual deck.) Now the
new order is saved as a "number" in "due". Now you have no longer the
previously order from "options group", but the new order you have
selected in the options of the virtual deck. This new order is
permanent. It is not set back to the previous order, when you give the
cards back to the home deck.

What can you do if you want the same order in your virtual deck like you
have in the home deck of the cards ("options group")?
The answer is: Just select "due" in the options of your "filtered deck"
and it does not change anything. It is just the same order as it is said
in "options group"

Please note, that the order "random" set through "options group for new
cards" in normal/real decks, does only change, when you go again into
"options group", change the setting there and press OK. It does not
change when you open a normal/real deck for learning. Actually this is
thought to be set only once.

In virtual decks the order is always generated new, when you press the
"make new" button.

Quote from my third post: "Now the new order is saved as a "number" in
"due". Now you have no longer the previously order from "options group",
but the new order you have selected in the options of the virtual deck.
This new order is permanent. It is not set back to the previous order,
when you give the cards back to the home deck."

-> This is wrong. Right is:
Now the new order is saved as a "number" in "due". Now you have no
longer the previously order from "options group", but the new order you
have selected in the options of the virtual deck. This new order is NOT
permanent. It WILL BE set back to the previous order, when you give the
