The Xiaomi and Oppo phones give us difficulty with cloze deletion,
you can see here we have tried our best, mostly in response to the
web5ngay community requests:

On phones that do not implement Android correctly (Xioami, Oppo,
etc), you access the cloze deletion from the paperclip menu,
starting with version 2.12.x of AnkiDroid
