How to use and develope addons for Ankidroid?

Basically I want to make a way to postpone cards in Ankidroid (like this addon for the desktop application: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1152543397).

As far as I know Ankidroid doesn't have a way to do this natively. The only thing close is the 'reschedule' function, but to my understanding this takes the current date and not the due-date and adds the inputted amount of days and sets it as the new due-date.

Online I have found conflicting information whether or not Ankidroid even has an API or supports addons. I have found stuff like this https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/pull/9232 or this https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/AnkiDroid-Javascript-API

I don't know if this is WIP and hasn't been implemented yet or if it is a modded version of Ankidroid, but I don't have any 'addon' menu.

Note that I know about stuff like https://github.com/dsnopek/anki-sync-server and https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/2055492159, but I don't want anything that requires a server or pc to run Anki. I want a solution that only requires my phone (and works offline, if possible)
