How do I delete these from the anki browser?

I downloaded a deck, but I recently deleted it. I'm know trying to remove all this stuff that began to show on my browser.

I'm not even sure what it is supposed to be. 

Any help would be appreciated.

This is actually the forum for AnkiDroid, the Android client for Anki... but I think the answer to your question is Tools->Check Database

These are notes, not tags, so Check Database will not remove them. You should go to Tool > Manage Note types and delete them one by one.
