Please go to your developer account and then click on the Users option.

Then remove unauthorized users, and only the email account of the developer account holder must exist.Once the other accounts are removed please send us a screenshot.

Please note that if we do not hear back from you or the issue is not resolved, we will take immediate action to terminate your developer account for violations.
