I don't understand  this and where to find the update. I thought is was anki pro but that's a different group.

Hi, the word, "update" may have misled you into imagining some automatic program for updating. It doesn't exist.

As guided in the "Learn more" page (the button for the page is shown in the screenshot), it means (at least for now) that you need to update (= edit and save) the template (card type) of your cards manually.
