Hi, I would like to ask, what custom steps mean. I have this option in custom study session. I have it ticked, and the custom steps is set to 1. I tried to google information about it, but I dont understand the concept at all.

However I want to ask you about that, because when I learn what it actually is, it might be useful for me. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Actually, the definition is here

A "step" is basically a code word for the number of minutes Anki to elapse before a failed card is shown. By default the step is 10, meaning that the fail card will be shown after 10 minutes, but you can have any number of steps and you can choose how long each step is in the option. Separate each step by a space.

Actually by default it's 1 10, so a fail card would show up after 1 minute, and if you pass that, it will show up in 10 minutes.

If you have lots of cards to maintain, it is best to have one step or zero step.
