The Anki ecosystem is developed by different groups. Anki desktop devs probably won't check here. You should probably post your problem here since you seem to be using the linux desktop app.

Also, you seem to be using the same Anki version as the person who posted this in the forums. If you're still having trouble, try updating your app. If that doesn't help. I would recommend the frist thing and post in the appropriate forum.
