Random cards have "Edit to customize" text on top

Hi,
Your app has been tremendously helpful in my studies, however, there seems
to be an odd glitch. In addition to text I entered, some cards say Edit to
Customizre on top. Seems to be random. Screenshot attached. Can you help me
get rid of that message? Thanks!

When such a card appears, open the editor (three button on top right -> Edit Note). There, click on the grey button at the very bottom that says "Cards: Card 1...", which will bring you to the card templates. You should see the "Edit to customize" string somewhere in there and can remove it and press the Check mark. The change will then be applied to all cards using this template.
