AnkiDroid folder change

Hello,
After the new update I can't change the folder for AnkiDroid data. I change it in the settings, but once I add fonts there (kanji stroke order), it reverts to system android folder which I can't access thanks to google android 13 policy. Is there a way to fix it?

I suppose there are some ways to solve it, but first you might want to know the following information if you haven't yet.
As guided in the changelog of version 2.17.0, the custom font feature using the "fonts" folder has been removed.
