Corrupted cards

A number of my cards have changed to this format - I normally use either reverse cards or type the answer but for some reason some new and old cards are completely blank when they open (or they have the pink dots indicating a typed answer is required) and the answer card looks odd.  In this example the front should read "where's the groom?" and the answer should be the italian dov'e lo sposo" but it looks like the question is on the answer card. I don't know why this is happening. Can you advise?
