Media Files Ankiweb

Hi,

I have been using Anki for a few months now, I have made the mistake of starting on my phone, where all my files are originally located.

Today I tried to use the desktop app on Windows 10, and I couldn't upload the media files onto my laptop. However that is not the problem as I normally only use the laptop for making the cards.

Up until now I have been making my cards online on ankiweb, which doesn't support media files, meaning all my photos had to be inserted via my phone.

When I tried to get the app, I accepted the fact that I cannot export my media files onto the desktop, even though I have downloaded my whole deck collection into the anki.media folder. 

My main problem is now when I upload my cards from the app to anki web, the media files (images) do not load, meaning that I cannot use any images when I go through the cards on my phone, I have tried several things but all of them seem to fail.

I have had to use Anki web as my primary source for making cards, but manually inserting all the images is becoming more and more difficult, I would be really pleased if you can help.
