Displaying extra fields

I'm experimenting with adding an additional field to hold a URL. It shows up if I edit a card, but I can't see it when I'm doing a review. Is there any way to make it visible? Ideally it would only be displayed if its populated. Even better would be of I could click in the link to bring it up on the browser.

Hello Andy,

You will have to edit your card templates to include the field you want.

You can use simple HTML to make it a clickable link as well.

The edits must be done on the desktop version of Anki.
