File deleted while syncing

Hello there!
My deck on Ankidroid was deleted when Syncing. Altough I have the file on my mobile phone, but it is not opening! the backup restore isn't working either! what to do?

Hi there!

That's unexpected. What do you see on ankiweb.net? It sounds like ankiweb had unexpected contents (that is: it was missing the deck you wanted) otherwise why would the sync delete something?

When you say the backup/restore isn't working, that is also strange, but you have not mentioned if you received an error message or anything to indicate *how* you know it isn't working so it is difficult to help
