How to set ANKI Cards to be reviewed 2 or 3 times daily?

Dear Anki Revision Flashcards Support Forum,
I am currently primarily using AnkiDroid on my Tablet at least 2 times a day to review the Anki Revision Flashcards provided by a 3rd Party to be able to revise their material for an exam.
I have reviewed the AnkiDroid Manual and found that I may overcome this by using the Custom Deck settings.
I have tried this and found that I have been only able to review some of the deck and not the full deck.
Ideally I would like to review the full deck of 100 cards.
I assume that 1 reason for not being able to review the full deck is because I have set the next time to review the card to be longer than 1 Day?
To overcome this issue I have completely deleted the deck and reinstalled it.
To date this has only successfully worked once.
It would be good to know how I can use the custom deck settings to be able to review the full deck of 100 cards up to 3 times a day when I want too.
Please note that I may have a day or 2 off and not need to change any settings.
But then the following day I would like to review the cards more than once.
What do I want?
Can somebody show me where I may find the step by step procedure to be able to use the AnkiDroid and Anki Windows to be able to review the same deck more than once on the same device on the same day?
