Hi there -

This sounds like a problem in AnkiWeb and Anki Desktop - this is support for AnkiDroid

That said, you should be able to log in to AnkiWeb and see everything? Even if you do not have Anki Desktop installed? You might try https://forums.ankiweb.net for these questions since they are not really related to AnkiDroid
