No audio sound in anki decks after changing smartphone

Hi,

After changing the smartphone, I moved all Anki Decks to new phone, 

but there is no sound even when I press the audio play mark. 

Most of decks are language learning, but it is useless because there is no sound.

I would appreciate it if you could explain step-by-step how to solve the problem with pictures.

Hi there!

You don't specify *how* you moved the decks, so it's hard to say what happened. Were you in sync with AnkiWeb? If so, you just sync on the new phone and you are set. If you exported the decks, it is possible you exported them without media, or the media was not actually in your collection so then when you import of course the media files are not there.
