Media Error sync

Hi, I've been trying to sync my new deck on my pc with ankidroid yet the media doesn't show up. It takes so much time and displays the message attached below:

Collection synchronized

Error syncing media data java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "sync1.ankiweb.net": No address associated with hostname

AnkiDroid on another device is working fine however my xiaomi redmi note 10 pro isn't. The type of card am trying to sync is notion 2 anki. I'd be thankful if you have a solution.

Hi there - certainly sounds like on the xiaomi there is just some sort of network issue making it so you can't see the media sync URL. That's unexpected, but our best information is collected here: https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/FAQ#sync-is-not-working
