Limit custom study session to particular card types

Hi, 

It is possible to create a custom study session where only certain card types are displayed? For example, I have two card types, one where the foreign language is displayed and I need to recall the English terms, and one there the English is displayed and I need to recall the foreign language. Is it possible to create a custom study session where only the English-first cards are displayed?

Yes, see the Anki manual for which search options are available, that you can then use in filtered decks (e.g. "card:forward" for forward cards): https://apps.ankiweb.net/docs/manual.html#searching
