Issue with Anki - Sent via Justuseapp

Hey there,

I guess I have to write in english, right?
The following error occurs regularly and I don’t know what to do about it.
"Bitte benutzen Sie die Funktion „Datenbank überprüfen“ und synchronisieren Sie anschließend. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, dann erzwingen Sie bitte eine vollständige Sychronisation in den Einstellungen.”

Translation:
"Please use the function "Check database" and synchronise afterwards. If the problem persists, please force a complete synchronisation in the settings.”

I did the first part but the problem persisted. I don’t know how to do the second part! Can you help me?

Writing in English is helpful, though it is not necessarily required. Thank you.

 

The error message you mention is from Anki desktop version, so I guess you want to know the steps on it.

 

You can do the complete synchronization ("full sync") by the following steps: "Tools" on the menu -> "Preferences" -> "Syncing" -> Enable "On next sync, force changes in one direction" -> "Close" the window -> "Sync" on the main window
